PopBy is live on the App Store. After months of beta testing and small adjustments, it feels nice to finally release something that anyone can download.

This first version is intentionally simple:

  • Post messages in the neighborhood you are currently in
  • Read and reply to others
  • No images yet
  • No notifications
  • Just the core of the idea

We wanted to start from the foundation and build up from there instead of stacking features on top of something that did not feel stable.

Launching 1.0 feels like the real beginning. We can now improve the app based on real usage and slowly move toward the vision we have been shaping for years.
