Today SVT aired a short segment on PopBy, right after we launched. We knew the app was early. We were still fixing things every morning, and we were a bit scared about how people would react.

Once the piece aired, signups ticked up. Not a flood, but enough to put us into sprint mode. We answered messages, fixed bugs and tried to make the first run smoother for new folks. The most exciting part was the engagement. Even though the segment was local to Stockholm, the conversations felt wide and lively. People shared tips, asked questions and helped each other. It was a small but clear signal that we are on the right track 🚀
