1. Introduction
Welcome to PopBy (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application and related services (“Service”). By accessing or using PopBy, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Service.

- Enforcement: Users who repeatedly or severely violate these guidelines may have their accounts suspended or permanently banned from PopBy.
